- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches around 185°F (85°C).

- Gently stir to combine, then let it sit undisturbed for about 10 minutes. The milk should curdle, forming curds and whey.
Step 3: Draining the Curds
- Line a colander with cheesecloth and place it over a large bowl.
- Carefully pour the curdled milk into the colander, allowing the whey to drain off. Let it drain for 1-2 hours.
Step 4: Shaping and Serving
- Gather the cheesecloth around the curds and squeeze out excess whey.
- Transfer the fresh ricotta cheese to a bowl, ready to be used in your favorite recipes.
