Ingredients:

- 2 lbs chicken wings or drumettes
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Steps:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 2: Prepare Coating Mixture In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Coat and Fry the Chicken Dip marinated chicken in the coating mixture, ensuring an even coat. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
