These twice baked potatoes are so delicious! They are fluffy inside and crispy outside topped with cheese bacon and butter. These twice baked potatoes will make a great side dish for thanksgiving or the Christmas holidays.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 gold potatoes or russets potatoes
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs melted butter
- 1/4 milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup bacon bits plus more for topping
- 1/4 cheddar cheese plus more for topping
- 1 Tbs dried chives
- 2 Tbs sliced butter for topping
