Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, cabbage), sliced or chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional)

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until it becomes translucent.
